…I looked at myself again in the mirror, trying to see what he saw. But all I could see was someone confident, someone who finally did something just for herself.

At first, his words kept echoing in my mind. I started to feel insecure, wondering if I had made a mistake. But then I remembered why I did it in the first place — I wanted a fresh start, something that made me feel good.

The next day, I went out. I expected people to stare or judge me… but instead, something surprising happened. A woman at the store smiled and said, “I love your haircut, it really suits you.” Later, a friend messaged me saying I looked bold and beautiful. Little by little, my confidence came back.
