Heart palpitations and anxiety
Anxiety and nervousness
Sleep disturbances
Long-term effects on the cardiovascular system and bones

Some people are more sensitive to caffeine, including   pregnant women  ,   children  , and people taking   heart or anti-anxiety medications.
