These Easy Cheese Danishes come together effortlessly with frozen dinner rolls and a simple cream cheese filling. Ingredients

Danish Base:

  • 12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Additional:

  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 12 tablespoons lemon curd and/or raspberry preserves

White Icing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4–5 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
