Philly-style cheesesteak quesadillas
3. Make the quesadillas
If desired, spread mayonnaise on each tortilla. Distribute the beef and vegetable mixture evenly over it. Add slices of provolone and sprinkle with the Mexican cheese mix. Fold the tortillas in half.
4. Crispy and melting
Heat a clean frying pan over low heat with a little oil. Fry each quesadilla until golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping it halfway through.
5. Serve
Cut into wedges and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Tip: Add slices of jalapeño for extra heat, or replace the tortillas with flatbread if you want more crunch.
